The Challenge

Keep Britain Tidy, a UK‑based environmental charity, was struggling with siloed data spread across multiple systems, making day‑to‑day operations inefficient and unreliable.

Campaigns and projects were a major focus, but poor reporting tools meant the team couldn’t easily measure success or understand where funds were coming from. At the same time, a lack of automation led to repetitive admin tasks that slowed teams down and reduced capacity.

They needed a single source of truth; a CRM system that was easy to use, reliable and capable of supporting reporting, automation and integrations.

The Solution

We worked with Keep Britain Tidy to design and deliver a custom membership CRM built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

The solution integrated with existing third‑party systems to maximise functionality and reduce friction. For example, we integrated with Business Central, allowing the finance team to view sales order information directly within their financial system.

We also implemented intelligent workflows to automate repetitive tasks, centralise campaign and project management, and improve data flow across teams.

The Outcome

The new CRM has transformed how Keep Britain Tidy operates.

Data is now accessible across the organisation, with cross‑functional data streams enabling powerful, on‑the‑fly reporting. Teams can quickly assess campaign performance, including how much money was raised and where it came from, allowing the organisation to focus effort where it has the greatest impact.

Automation has significantly reduced admin, while seamless integration with Office 365 has improved collaboration and efficiency across the workforce.

The result is a more connected, insight‑driven organisation with a CRM that supports growth, smarter decision‑making and long‑term development.

"Arkom are an engaging and supportive agency that have built Keep Britain Tidy’s new Microsoft PowerApps CRM. They made a big effort to understand us, and our requirements and we are happy with the solution they have provided. We look forward to continuing our work with them to further develop our CRM."
