With the ever increasing competitive environments for charities and non-for-profit organisations it´s becoming ever more important to engage and retain volunteers and supporters. To do this you need to communicate effectively and manage those relationships.
We recently held an event, for small to medium sized charities, which looked into how to develop a strategy for engaging and retaining volunteers and supporters, showing that you don't have to be a large charity with lots of resources to do this.
The event had an amazing turn out and great feedback in terms of the content presented by Arkom, Spiky Communications and Esp Projects and super discussion opportunities amongst the charities and NFP’s. A really informative session which helped equip the Third Sector and develop knowledge.
